Value Added Services umfassen alle Zusatzleistungen, die aus Ware ein verkaufsfertiges Produkt machen. FulGrid-Fulfillment übernimmt Etikettieren und Labeln (EAN, GTIN, Chargen- und Länderlabels), den Bau von Sets, Aktionssets und Multipacks, Umkartonieren und Displayaufbau, Branded Unboxing mit Beilegern oder Geschenkverpackung, Sicht- und Stichprobenprüfungen bei Wareneingang und vor Versand sowie das Refurbishment von Retourenware. Für Marktplätze und Handel erfolgen zudem Pre-FBA-Vorbereitung mit Labeling, Polybag und Kartonvorgaben sowie Palettierung und NVE-Labels nach Lieferantenvorgaben. FulGrid fulfillment handles labeling and tagging (EAN, GTIN, batch and country labels), the assembly of sets, promotional sets and multipacks, re-cartoning and display assembly, branded unboxing with inserts or gift wrapping, visual and sample inspections at goods receipt and before dispatch, as well as the refurbishment of returned goods. For marketplaces and retail, pre-FBA preparation with labeling, polybag and carton requirements as well as palletizing and SSCC labels according to supplier specifications are also carried out. The process comprises four steps: record the requirement, coordinate the sample, document the process, and implement and check the series.

Veredelungsarbeiten wie Etikettieren, Bündeln oder Displaybau kommen selten gleichmässig an. Mal steht eine grosse Aktion an, mal liegt wochenlang nichts an. Genau das macht eigene Kräfte teuer, denn sie müssen auch in ruhigen Phasen bezahlt werden.
Bei einem Fulfillmentdienstleister zahlen Sie pro Handgriff. Die Arbeitsspitzen fängt ein eingespieltes Team ab, das ohnehin täglich mit Ware, Scannern und Packplätzen umgeht. Sie brauchen weder zusätzliche Fläche noch Arbeitstische, Etikettendrucker oder Schrumpftunnel und müssen niemanden einarbeiten.
Dazu kommt: VAS passiert dort, wo die Ware ohnehin liegt. Kein Zwischentransport, kein doppeltes Ein- und Auslagern, keine Palette, die für die Sonderaktion quer durch die Stadt fährt. Das spart Zeit und senkt das Risiko, dass Bestände zwischen zwei Standorten auseinanderlaufen.
Finishing work such as labelling, bundling or display building rarely arrives evenly. Sometimes a big campaign is coming up, sometimes nothing comes in for weeks. That is exactly what makes in house staff expensive, because they also have to be paid during quiet phases.
With a fulfilment service provider you pay per action. Peaks in workload are absorbed by an experienced team that deals with goods, scanners and packing stations every day anyway. You need neither additional space nor work tables, label printers or shrink tunnels, and you do not have to train anyone.
On top of that, VAS happens where the goods already are. No interim transport, no double putaway and picking, no pallet driving across town for a special campaign. That saves time and reduces the risk of stock levels drifting apart between two locations.

Jede VAS Aufgabe wird als feste Arbeitsanweisung hinterlegt: Welches Etikett, an welche Stelle, in welcher Reihenfolge, mit welcher Prüfung am Ende. Dadurch sieht die tausendste Einheit aus wie die erste, auch wenn an dem Tag jemand anderes am Tisch steht.
Abweichungen fallen früh auf, weil gescannt und dokumentiert wird. Das ist gerade bei Vorgaben von Handelspartnern und Marktplätzen wichtig, wo eine falsch platzierte Kennzeichnung schnell zur Zurückweisung der ganzen Anlieferung führt.
Every VAS task is recorded as a fixed work instruction: which label, in which position, in which order, with which final check. As a result the thousandth unit looks like the first, even if someone else is at the table that day.
Deviations are noticed early because everything is scanned and documented. This matters particularly with requirements from trading partners and marketplaces, where an incorrectly placed marking can quickly lead to the whole delivery being rejected.
