B2C returns are designed for high unit volumes and short throughput times; B2B returns include palletized goods, damaged displays and sorting according to specification.

Retouren kommen selten gleichmäßig. Mal liegen zwei Pakete auf der Rampe, mal zweihundert nach einer Rabattaktion. Eigene Leute musst du für die Spitze einplanen und in ruhigen Wochen trotzdem bezahlen. Bei uns teilst du dir die Fläche, die Technik und das Team mit anderen Kunden, und zahlst nur die Rückläufer, die wirklich anfallen.
Returns rarely come in evenly. Sometimes there are two parcels on the ramp, sometimes two hundred after a discount campaign. You have to plan your own staff for the peak and still pay them during quiet weeks. Du brauchst keine Fläche für Rückläufer und keine zusätzliche Kraft. Retouren werden geprüft, wieder eingelagert oder aussortiert, während du dich um Produkte und Marketing kümmerst. Die Kosten wachsen erst mit, wenn dein Volumen wächst.
You need no space for returns and no additional staff. Returns are inspected, put back into stock or sorted out, while you take care of products and marketing. The costs only grow once your volume grows.
Gerade in der Mitte tut jede neue Vollzeitstelle weh. Statt einzustellen, gibst du das Volumen ab und hast trotzdem feste Abläufe, klare Prüfkriterien und saubere Daten. Auch neue Kanäle oder ein zweites Sortiment lassen sich anschließen, ohne dass intern etwas umgebaut werden muss.
In the middle segment in particular, every new full time position hurts. Instead of hiring, you hand over the volume and still have fixed processes, clear inspection criteria and clean data. New channels or a second range can also be connected without anything having to be rebuilt internally.
Bei hohen Stückzahlen zählt Gleichmäßigkeit. Jede Retoure durchläuft dieselben Schritte, wird dokumentiert und fließt in deine Auswertung. Dazu kommen Sonderfälle wie Serien mit Mängeln oder Rückrufe, die wir gesammelt abarbeiten, statt sie im Tagesgeschäft unterzubringen.
With high quantities, consistency is what counts. Every return goes through the same steps, is documented and feeds into your analysis. On top of that come special cases such as batches with defects or recalls, which we handle in one go instead of squeezing them into day to day business.
Jeder Artikel, der im Karton liegen bleibt, ist gebundenes Geld. Wir öffnen, prüfen und buchen zeitnah, damit verkaufsfähige Ware wieder im Bestand steht und dein Shop sie erneut anbieten kann. Was nicht mehr als A-Ware durchgeht, wird aufbereitet, als B-Ware ausgezeichnet oder entsorgt, immer nach den Regeln, die du vorgibst. Weil alles im System läuft, siehst du nicht nur Zahlen, sondern auch Gründe. Häufige Rücksendungen bei einem Artikel, wiederkehrende Beschwerden zu Passform oder Verpackung, auffällige Kunden: solche Muster fallen in einer Excel-Liste selten auf, in der Auswertung schon. Daraus lassen sich Produktbeschreibungen, Größentabellen und Verpackungen verbessern, was langfristig mehr bringt als jede Beschleunigung im Lager.
Every item left sitting in a box is tied up money. We open, inspect and book promptly so that saleable goods are back in stock and your shop can offer them again. Whatever no longer passes as A grade goods is refurbished, labelled as B grade goods or disposed of, always according to the rules you set. Because everything runs in the system, you see not only figures but also reasons. Frequent returns for one item, recurring complaints about fit or packaging, conspicuous customers: such patterns rarely stand out in an Excel list, but they do in the analysis. From this, product descriptions, size charts and packaging can be improved, which in the long run brings more than any speed up in the warehouse.
